We work with discretion and confidentiality as a default. Engagements are governed by mutual non-disclosure agreements and we do not reference clients or conversations without explicit permission.

Engagements are available on a project, fractional, or interim basis depending on what the situation requires.

Roopesh Chandran - Co-Founder and Director

Roopesh is a commercial and transformation leader with 22+ years of experience across the UAE, Middle East, Africa, and India.

Roopesh has held full P&L ownership for a $37M regional business and built a commercial model that leadership subsequently replicated across Europe, APAC, and the United States. He was appointed directly by a Group Chairman to restructure and transform a fragmented portfolio of five businesses generating approximately AED 150M in revenue. Working across each entity, he identified the structural inefficiencies, rebuilt the operating model, and put the right commercial leadership in place.

He holds an MBA from London Business School, is a UAE Golden Visa Holder, and is based in Abu Dhabi.
